1. Have a good sleep schedule
Ex. Sleep at 10 wake up at 7

2. Take a break from electronics every now and then

3. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day

4. Have 3 meals a day, but have a balance of of protein, carbs, and vegetables

5. Drink lots of water!
