1. b. Health care technology has improved.

Before the health care technology was developed, there are many type of illness that could infect citizens and lead to death because we do not have the knowledge to handle it.

As the health care technology improved, American citizens have more options to treat wide variety of illness, which improve the general life expectancy. The improvement also provide information regarding what diet and activities that we can follow to ensure that our body run at optimum level.

By cutting taxes, Bush hoped that citizens of united states have more disposable income in their disposal.

This would lead to more busines establishments have the money to hire more employees and more customers that can afford to buy the products in united states. Both of this situation would stimulate the economy.
