V2^2 = V1^2 + 2*a* s
V2 = final velocity
V1 = initial velocity
a = acceleration
s = displacement covered
25^2 = V1^2 + 2 * 1.2 * 200
625 = V1^2 + 480
625 - 480 = V1^2
145 = V1^2
So V1 = Sqrt(145) = 12.04 m/s
