Wendy because 9/10 = 90% and 10/9 is greater than 100%

Well, 9/10 is a proper/normal fraction, but with 10/9, the bigger number is on top, making it improper. 10/9 changed into a mixed number is 1 and 1/9.
9/10 is shorter than 1 and 1/9
, so
Wendy
jumped the shorter distance. Hope this helps!
