I believe the answer is: Resumed fighting

In the dayton accords, the Bosnian and Serbian agreed to divided their territory. One territory become Bosnian Federation, which is the home for Bosniak and Croat population, while the others become Republika Srpska for the Serbian.

But after the division, the two sides still spread hatred among their people by teaching the children and teenagers to hate the other sides. And they resumed fighting not long after that.
