The warring tribe of Rwanda are the Tutsi and Hutu tribes. Even during the Belgian occupation, this two tribes have been already at war with each other. The colonizers have made sure to polarize this two tribes and even required each citizens to state their tribal affiliation in identity cards. During the 1994 Rwandan genocide, 800,000 Tutsis were murdered by Hutu.
