Explanation:White people and the Klan members had the same view and worked together to stop African Americans from voting or having say in a democracy. The KKK were extremist and hating hearing that fact that blacks were on their way to blending into society. To this day, the KKK aren't as dangerous, but they're better off known as Republicans in today's society.
