The answer would be a pulley... Most blinds have little strings, which you grab and pull down which pull up the blinds... exactly like a pulley system, a lever isn't correct you don't pull a lever to the right and boom it opens up(There may actually be windows like that but it says MOST often) a wedge makes no sense, a wedge is something u might stick under a door to stop it. An inclined plane... think of a hill.. does that make ANY sense at all to help lift a window? i mean it does the tiniest bit but no it otherwise doesn't therefore the answer would be B.
