so lets call the angles x and y
x is 2 more than y
x=2+y
complementary means adds to 90 so '
x+y=90
we have
x=2+y
x+y=90
subsitute 2+y for x
2+y+y=90
2+2y=90
subtract 2
2y=88
divid 2
y=44
subsitute
x=2+y
x=2+44
x=46
angles are 44 and 66
