Hey There!
This is a multi-step problem. First, you dive 28/7, you should get four. Then you multiply 4*9, you should get 36. So if there are 28 blue marbles in a jar, there should be 36 yellow marbles.

28/7 = 4*9 = 36
Just convert the number of blue balls to 1 unit and then multiply by the ratio of yellow balls.
