If you use the function on a TI 36X that looks like two arrows pointing away from each other, it tells you that 1.84=46 over 25, or 46/25.

1.84 = 184 / 100 Divide top and bottom by 2
92 / 50 Divide top and bottom by 2
46 / 25
So either 184/100 or 92/50 or 46/25 is equivalent to 1.84
