What will most likely happen if a person does not consume the minimum daily requirement of carbohydrates?

Carbs is energy and you need it to have energy to do stuff like running, exercises, focusing, etc.

Many things can happen as a result of not eating enough carbohydrates, including ketosis, fatigue, and constipation.
