The slope is


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Given that the slope is 1/5, then


\begin{gathered} y_2-y_1=1 \\ x_2-x_1=5 \end{gathered}

Where,


\begin{gathered} x_1=5 \\ y_1=1 \end{gathered}

Then,


\begin{gathered} y_2-1=1\rightarrow y_2=1+1=2 \\ x_2-5=5\rightarrow x_2=5+5=10 \end{gathered}

Hence, the second point is (10,2).
