Ok so simply 1/8 of 95p is -> 95/8 = 11.875 so to the nearest penny it would 12p.

Hi there, what we do first is we multiply 1/8 by 95p: 1/8×95p=95/8, 95÷8=11.875. We round 11.875 to get 12p.
