Solve x/12+1/3=−5/3 please help me on this thank you

Answer:

x=-24

Explanation:

1) multiply both sides of the equation by 12

x/12(12)+1/3(12)= -5/3(12)

x+4= -20

2) move constant to right-hand side and change the sign

x= -20-4

x= -24
