The answer is 239 If am correct because 57 + 14 * + 4*3= 239 sorry if you wasted your points on this you could have done this on a calculator but I did not do that.

so we can add similar exponents
19x^3 can be aded with 4x^3 butnot with 14x
so we use the property that says
a+(b+c)+(a+b)+c
and the other one that says
a+b=b+c to do
a+(b+c)=(a+c)+b so
19x^3+(14x+4x^3)=
(19x^3+4x^3)+14x=
23x^3+14x
