Answer:

The slope is 2/3 and the y intercept is -1

Explanation:

you find the y-intercept (where the line passes through the y-axis) which is -1 and you go straight up 2 spots and then you go over 3 spots. Slope is rise over run. You could also use the slope formula y2-y1/x2-x1. I hope this made sense.
