A(-1,-3)\\B(0,1)\\C(1,2.2)\\D(2,3)

Using a graphing tool

see the attached figure

the domain is the interval--------->
[-1,2]


-1 \leq x\leq 2

the range is the interval-------->
[-3,3]


-3 \leq y\leq 3

therefore

the answer is the option D
