Function--

A relation is said to be a function if each element of one set is mapped to a single element of the other set.

i.e. no element has two images.

We are given Table A as:

x 3 2 1

y 1 0 0

As we could see that corresponding to each x we have only one y-value.

Hence, Table A is a function.

Similarly we have Table B as:

Table B

x 3 5 4

y -2 1 1

Here we see that none of the x value has 2 images.

Hence, Table B is a function.
