Step 1

The component form of a vector is in the form of;

\vec{C}=a_x\vec{i}+a_y\vec{\text{j}}

Step 2

Find the direction of the vector.

T\text{he vector is moving on the i-axis in the positive direction}

Step 3

Write the vector in component form

\begin{gathered} \vec{C}_(ab)=a_x\vec{i}+a_y\vec{\text{j}} \\ \text{where} \\ a_x=4,\text{ since the vector moves }4\text{ units towards the positive on the i-axis} \\ a_y=0\text{ since the vector moves 0 units towards the }j-\text{axis} \end{gathered}

Hence the component form will be;

undefined
