As an adult, what is the best way to remain healthy?

eat healthily and exersize regularly!

Adults need to make sure they eat healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, grains, meat and dairy, while laying off junk food.
They need to get a moderate amount if exercise, as well as keep good hygiene.
At least 7 hours of sleep is important for an adult every night.
