Answer:

28 bricks.

Explanation:

The length of the garden =
6(2)/(3) feet

=
(20)/(3) feet

The width of the garden =
2(2)/(3) feet

=
(8)/(3) feet

Now we will calculate the perimeter of the garden

Perimeter = 2(Length + width)

= 2 (
(20)/(3) +
(8)/(3) )

= 2 (
(20+8)/(3) )

= 2 ×
(28)/(3)

=
(56)/(3) feet

Each brick is
(2)/(3) foot long. So we divide perimeter of the garden by the length of each brick.

=
(56)/(3) ÷
(2)/(3)

=
(56)/(3) ×
(3)/(2)

=
(56)/(2)

= 28 bricks

Juan needs 28 bricks.
