Ok so the answer is sqrt of 39 but think about

Explanation:

sqrt81 is 9 which is a whole number it is rational

sqrt16 is 4 which again is a whole number and is rational

1.9 is rational because it can be written as a fraction or ratio

but sqrt39 is a repeating decimal that goes on forever it still is a real number not fitting into the imaginary category but not a ration number.
