I believe it is the Appellate court because every other court is either lower, the U.S supreme court, or not related.

Answer:

Appellate court

Step-by-step explanation:

The State’s appellate court or court of appeals is the second and last instance court in a State Justice System. The Court is responsible for hearing only appeals from State courts. It is important to know that the Appellate Court is divided into three parts: 1) The Trial Court 2) The Intermediate Appellate Court and 3) The Supreme Court, also called the Court of Last Resort. The decision of the Appellate Court may be revised by the US Supreme Court in some very important cases.
