Hello! And thank you for your question!
First add 7 to both sides:
x/5 = 4 + 7
Then simplify 4 + 7:
x/5 = 11
After that, multiply both sides by 5
11 x 5 = x
Finally, Simplify 11 * 5:
x = 55
Final Answer:
x = 55
