This problem requires a couple of steps. Ready?
1. 23,457-19,436=4021 ( this is your answer to A)

2. 4021/19,436= 0.2 (this gives you the percent raise she got)
3. 23,457x0.2= 4,691
4.23,457+4,691= 28,148 (this is your answer to B)

Hope this helps!
