Describe an experience you've had making or building something where the amount of each ingredient or building block came in fixed ratios.

my answer:
When baking cookies, I need to put in 2 eggs for every 1 cup of flour. That makes one batch. If I want to make 2 batches, then I will need to double my ratio

Is that a correct answer???

The answer is not correct.

If you need 2 eggs for every 1 cup of flour to makes one batch of cookie, you can put it into an equation look like this:
2 eggs + 1 cup of flour ==> 1 batch of cookie

If you want to make 2 batches, the equation would be:
4 eggs + 2 cup of flour ==> 2 batch of cookie

The ratio of 2:1:1 is the same as 4:2:2. Only the amount that increased twice, but the ratio is the same. You don't need to double the ratio, but double the amount.
