Annabel just started working on a very difficult paper for her psychology class. given what you know about social facilitation and the presence of others on performance, where should annabel work on the paper to make the best progress?

Assuming that social facilitation is valid for this task, which I doubt, Annabel should work on the task with peers who are also working on the same task. While the students should not answer questions for each other, they can encourage Annabel to persist until the paper is finished. Seeing the other students persist facilitates Annabel's persistence.
