If the numbers in order are A, B, C, D, 4=(B+C)/2, 5=(A+B+C+D)/4, D-A=9.
B+C=8, (A+8+A+9)/4=5, 2A+17=20, 2A=3, A=1.5, D=10.5.
If 4-B=C-4 and B and C are not integers B could be 3.5 and C=4.5.
The numbers could be 1.5, 3.5, 4.5, 10.5.
