PLEASE I NEED HELP, ASAP!!

–4(5–2a)+3(a–4)=6(2–a)–5a

The answer is a=2:


Equation=

Open the parenthesis first:

-20+8a+3a-12=12-6a-5a

Add all the a's and the numbers together:

-32+11a=12-11a

Lastly put all a's on one side and the numbers on the other side:

22a=44

Divide the numbers and get:

a=2
