The name of the turkey was “Abe”.
In fact President Barack Obama pardoned two of these turkeys and the other one was “Honest”. These were their nick names whiles their actual names are “Tom One” and “Tom Two”. Previously the tradition was of pardoning one turkey while Mr. Clinton and Obama started pardoning two of them.
