$a_2=(a_1)/(2+1)=-\frac13$

$a_3=(-\frac13)/(3+1)=-\frac1{3*4}=-\frac1{12}$

$a_4=\frac{-\frac1{12}}{4+1}=-\frac1{12*5}=-\frac1{60}$
