The graph is a line which will pass through the point (0,-4) (through -4 on y-axis)
The slope of the line = 5/2 so if you start at y= -4 and count 2 units to the right and then 5 units up you'll come to the point (2,1) Mark this point and draw a line through this point and the point (0,-4).
