Which biotic factor would limit the antelope population in the African savanna?

First you need to know what a biotic factor is.

Biotic factors are living components (animals, plants, bacteria, etc...) that either affect the environment or affect population of the ecosystem.

Therefore a biotic factor that would limit the antelope population would be lions.
