Assume that when adults with smartphones are randomly selected, 4949% use them in meetings or classes. if 1313 adult smartphone users are randomly selected, find the probability that fewer than 44 of them use their smartphones in meetings or classes.

I honestly believe that not everyone uses their phones during meetings or classes unless they are bored or simply searching for more information on the topic. These days cell phone devices are used by teachers and those conducting meetings. I've even seen preacher's pull up the Bible from their phones. So if fewer than 44 people use them that's actually good.
