Hey there,
Sale price for 1st shirts= $29.95 - (20%x$29.95)
= $23.96
Sale price for 2nd shirt= $34.99 - (20%x$34.99)
= $27.992
= $28
Sale price for pair of shoes = $49.95 - (20%x$49.95)
= $39.96
Actual sale price for pair of shoes= $39.96 - (25%x$39.96)
= $29.97
Total price = $23.96 + $28 + $ 29.97
= $81.93

Hope this helps ^_^

Answer:

The amount on the receipt is=$81.922.

Explanation:

we are given that there is a 20% off sale on all items.

as the marked price of first shirt is $29.95

so it's selling price would be 80% of its marked price.

selling price of first shirt=80%×29.95

=$23.96

similarly selling price of second shirt=80%×34.99

=$27.992

selling price of shoes before an additional discount=80%×49.95

=$39.96

after an additional discount of 25% on shoes we have selling price=75% of 39.96

=$29.97

hence the total selling price=$23.96+$27.992+$29.97

=$81.922

Hence, The amount on the receipt is=$81.922.
