Simply simplify it to 24/25. Then convert the simplified fraction to a percent by dividing 24 by 25 then you get .96. And to convert a decimal to a percent you move the numbers to the left side two times. So .96 moved to the left is 96%.

Hello!
To solve this, you can simplify the fraction 816/850 to lowest terms..
816/850 = 24/25..
24/25 = 0.96
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ With the decimal being 0.96, the percentage is
96%...
