A sport you can do to improve your overall health is swimming since it works out your whole body. Physical activity can improve your physical health by keeping you fit so that you won’t get as tired or out of breath as easily. If you feel bad or upset a sport can help you to focus your energy and mind onto something that’s good for you, which will improve your emotional health
