Didier will go camping for summer vacation it costs $5 to rent a tent and the campsite costs $3per night he uses the equation y=3x+5 to figure out how much money he will spend what do x and y represent

x is the number of nights Didier's gonna stay for the vacation
y is the total money Didier will have to spend

The X Stands for the $3 he would be spending every day of the camp. The Y would be the $5 for renting the tent. This is because he only needs to pay the rent once & he needs to play for every day he is in his camp.
