One mile = 5280 feet
-3/4 * 5280 = 1320(-3)
The depth of the fish is -3960 feet under the water.
A turtle is 1/3 * (-3960).
So, 1/3 * (-3960) = -1320(1).
The turtle's depth is -1320 feet under the water.
