One activity would be jogging it is a vigorous activity it helps you stay fit, burn calories and Build muscles. Another activity would be bicycling which is a moderate level activity it also helps you burn calories, increasing strength and endurance, as well as decreasing body fat.

The first activity would be running, it is a vigorous activity it helps burn calories and Build muscles. The other activity would be riding my bike which is a moderate level activity it also helps you burn calories, increasing strength and endurance, and it also decreases body fat.
