Manny can jump 2/3 of the distance that Emma can jump. This means that Emma can jump farther than Manny. Since Manny can jump 18 inches, which is 2/3 of Emma's distance, then Emma can jump 2/3 more than Manny.

18/(2/3) = 27
Emma can jump 27 inches.
