Can you get fired for not being friendly enough

I would say yes and at some situations No, if you're coworkers don't like the way you are can TRY to get you fired even though you do a great job. The thing in a job is to get along with everybody and be friendly at least at the beginning of a job since people don't know you, but I mean if you don't want to talk. Then they have to understand that for the most part.

This should've been posted in business. Yes you can possibly get fired for not being friendly enough, you can often get complaints and your boss may get tired of all the complaints and you could possibly get fired. It really depends on the companys policy and how your boss is.
