Why does exercise help us sleep better

Our physical activity can affect our sleeping positively by, making you fall asleep and stay asleep easier, rather than not regularly exercising.

Intense workouts make our bodies tired, so sleep comes easier. Exercise a few hours before bedtime helps us relax so we sleep better at night.
