Answer:

The first stanaza and the last stanza are exactly the same except for first word of the last line of each stanza. Not answering the first question instead developing the question to another one. The repetition of the stanzas' effects the text by emphazizing the creator's strength, while questioning it and its uses. The repetition helps to show the main idea of creation in this poem. "Could frame thy fearful symmetry?" (Line 4). Blake questions the power of the creator to make a mighty of a creature. "Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?" (Line 24). By the end of the poem William Blake is concurring of the fact that a creator does exist with the power to make a tiger but in turn asks, why?Why make a creature so powerful from the rest? Due to William Blake repuatation of primarily writing about God, nature, and the beauty of the human imiganiation it is sure to say that this story is no different. Connecting the creation of humans and the tyger we can prounouce the same ideas and questions of how and why?. The first and last stanza are basically indentical except for one word and that one word changes everything. The repetition is there to display the development of the main idea of this peom in full detail, the idea of creation.
