y = -2x + 4 slope = -2
perpendicular lines, slope is opposite and reciprocal
so slope = 1/2

passing thru (4,2)
y = mx + b
b = y - mx
b = 2 - 1/2(4)
b = 2 - 2
b = 0

answer
A.
equation
