The equation of line is y=4x+b.

The coordinates of y-intercept is,


(0,(c)/(m))

Here, c is constant term of equation and m is coefficient of y.

So y intercept of the equation is,


(0,(b)/(1))=(0,b)

So characterizing property of line is (0,b).

The coordinate of x intercept of the equation is,


(-(c)/(a),0)

Here, a is coefficient of x terms.

Substitute the value in the equation to obatin x intercept.


(-(b)/(4),0)

So x intercept of equation is (-b/4,0).
