the answer is b. x-10. When you factor
x2 − 21x + 110, you get (x-10)(x-11).

Correct answer would be
b. x-10
. You can check this by writing out (x-10) and writing the other factor out. Then simplify (factor) out everything and you will get x^2 - 21x + 110.
