slope = y2-y1 / x2-x1=

-1 -5 / 2 - -1 = -6/3 = -2

slope = -2

y intercept = y =mx +b

y = -2x +b

y=-2*-1 +b

5 = -2 +b

b = 5-2

b =3

y intercept = 3
