Cannot read the last term in the instructions to this problem. What is the character inside parentheses? |f( ? )|

If f(x) = 1 - x, then f(1) = 0, and f(0) = 1. Can't go beyond that without more info.

This simply means to replace the x in the equation with 1, and then solve it.

f(1) = 1-x

f(1) = 1-1

f(1) = 0

So your answer is A) 0
